Pesisir Barat, Diberitakan.com -Presentasi Dalam Rangka Penilaian dan Pemberian Penghargaan innovative Govemment Award (IGA) Tahun 2020 secara daring, dihadiri Pjs. Bupati Pesisir Barat, Ir.Achmad Chrisna Putra NR,MEP didampingi Sekretaris Daerah Ir. N Lingga Kusuma, MP

Turut hadir dalam Acara tersebut, Kadis Kominfo Drs. Miswandi Hasan.M.Si, Kepala Bappeda Drs. Zukri Amin,MP, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Tedi Zadmiko, SKM, MM, serta Kepala Dinas Perizinan Drs. Jon Edwar, S.Pd, MM.

Inovasi merupakan pembaharuan terhadap berbagai sumber daya sehingga sumber daya tersebut mempunyai manfaat yang lebih bagi manusia. Proses inovasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan karena kedua hal tersebut dapat memudahkan dalam memproduksi sesuatu yang baru dan berbeda.

Dalam kesempatan penilaian penghargaan innovative government award (IGA) tahun 2020 ini pemerintah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat mengusung/mempresentasikan salah satu inovasinya yaitu penciptaan aplikasi SIKAMDO.

Pjs. Bupati Pesisir Barat menyampaikan bahwa saat ini Pemerintah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat telah melakukan sosialisasi terhadap pers / media Serta menerapkan Kebijakan Kerjasama hanya bagi media yang telah terdaftar dan terverifikasi melalui SIKAMDO.
Menjalin komunikasi intensif dengan PIC Media (penanggung jawab), Memberikan layanan bantuan cepat / langsung (Tutorial Tatap Muka, Panduan Online, E-Mail, Whatsapp, Screenshot, dll)
Banyaknya layanan Pers / Media yang mengajukan permohonan Kerjasama, serta dokumen pengajuan kerjasama masih berupa print-out (fisik) sehingga menyulitkan untuk pencarian dan pengarsipan data
Hingga keterbatasan SDM dan ruang pengarsipan data fisik.
Dan Revolusi Industri 4.0 (Digitalisasi),
Transparansi hasil pengungkit file yang dapat diakses oleh publik, Pembatasan akses sistem berkala / periodik.

SIKAMDO sendiri merupakan Sistem Kendali Administrasi Media Diskominfo Online Kabupaten Pesisir Barat yang dibuat dengan tujuan sebagai layanan komunikasi dua arah secara online mengikuti catatan keharusan dalam penerapan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik sesuai perkembangan industri 4.0 antara Pers Media yang akan menjalin kerjasama dengan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Pesisir Barat mulai dari Registrasi Akun, Pengiriman Berkas Administrasi, hingga Pengiriman Bukti Tayang serta Pengarsipan Data.

Berikut beberapa hasil dan manfaat menggunakan layanan SIKAMDO diantaranya:

• Data arsip pengajuan kerjasama media termasuk berkas administrasi serta bukti tayang media,sudah dalam bentuk digital sehingga memudahkan dalam pencarian serta pengarsipan serta dapet diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun dengan perangkat komputer atau mobile.
• Kinerja pelayanan aparatur dalam bidang administrasi kerjasama media menjadi lebih baik dan efektif.
• Penerapan Sistem Pemerintah Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE).
• Terciptanya tata kelola pemerintah yang baik dan transparansi.

Semoga dengan adanya layanan SIKAMDO diharapkan mampu menunjang komunikasi mengarsipkan berkas administrasi Pers Media secara digital dan akuntabel.
