Diberitakan.com – Pandemi virus corona berdampak besar pada industri Pariwisata di seluruh dunia. Disebabkan menurunnya wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara dikarenakan penurunan permintaan wisatawan disebabkan oleh pemberlakuan berbagai pembatasan perjalanan oleh beberapa negara, yang berusaha mencegah penyebaran dan penularan Virus Covid-19.
Dan Indonesia sendiri sebagai salah satu negara pilihan tujuan wisata yang terdampak Pada Penyebaran Virus Covid-19 ini. Bukan hanya pada sektor pariwisata saja, juga berdampak kepada pelaku UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) pun alami kerugian. Utamanya para pedagang yang berjualan di kawasan wisata di Maros.
Akibat dari corona ini beberapa tempat wisata di tutup sementara pada bulan Maret lalu, seperti Taman Wisata Alam Bantimurung dan Taman Prasejarah Leang-Leang. Padahal tempat wisata inilah yang menjadi lokasi strategis serta andalan para wisatawan yang hendak berkunjung ke Kabupaten Maros.
Olehkarena itu, Fatimah seorang pedagang gorengan di kawasan Taman Wisata Alam Bantimurung menceritakan keresahannya saat ia beristirahat selepas dhuhur,. Awalnya pembeli/ pengunjung tempat wisata ini terlihat sepi, namun saat ini Alhamdulillah sudah banyak pembeli atau pengunjung. Karena menurutnya dirinya juga buka warung di rumah untuk tambahan, soalnya pengujung juga nda banyak juga biasanya. Cerita Fatimah sembari membuat adonan bakwan.
Ia pun menuturkan lagi, bahwa diawal pandemi tempat wisata kurang, pengunjung apalagi, dikarenakan ada kebijakan pemerintah untuk menutup sementara.
Sebelum Pemerintah menginformasikan kemasyarakat terkait dibolehkannya beropersi/ dibuka untuk pengunjung/ wisatawan, lokasi tersebut banyak didatangi Pengunjung. Namun saat pembukaan kembali tempat wisata, pemerintah berupaya untuk membangkitkan sektor ekonomi kepariwisataan.
Oleh karena itu, pedagang kecil, seperti Fatimah supaya membuat perencanaan agar memperoleh pemasukan, ia membuka warung di depan rumahnya untuk membantu kebutuhannya sehari-hari.
Lain halnya dengan Hadijah penjual makanan,gorengan, dan minuman kemasan di depan Taman Prasejarah Leang-Leang. Ia mengutarakan kondisi dagangannya selama pandemi ini.
“Wah kalau itu jelas kurang pemasukan, karena tidak ada wisatawan, cuman tetangga biasa beli,!tapi sekarang kan sudah buka kembali. Alhamdulillah ada pemasukan lagi”, tuturnya.
Kehidupannya hanya bergantung pada dagangannya ini, ia tidak memiliki perencanaan untuk beralih ke bisnis lain. Usianya yang kinu telah menginjak angka 50 tahun, membuatnya merasa enggan meninggalkan dagangannya untuk beralih profesi.
Melalui permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pedagang kecil di kawasan tempat wisata, Hamka salah satu dosen ekonomi di Universitas Muslim Maros mengatakan pendapatnya melalui pesan teks Whatsapp. Bahwa ekonomi pada pariwisata mengalami penurunan yang singnifikan, karena penutupan sementara tempat wisata. Dan sebagian warga Maros terkhusus mata pencaharian bergantung pada wisatawan yang datang, bersinggungan dengan masuknya masa resesi pada perekonomian saat ini, juga berdampak pada sektor pariwisata.
Karena pariwisata memberikan kontribusi yang tinggi dalam perekonomian, terutama untuk menopang perekonomian masyarakat sekitar tempat wisata.
Hamka memberi penjelasan tentang hal ini. “Tapi selama nilai ekonomi itu tinggi tidak berdampak ke masyarakat sekitar” katanya.
Menurutnya seharusnya pemerintah memberi kelonggaran kebijakan, terutama kepada pihak terkait untuk mengelola dengan baik wisatanya. Terutama terhadap instansi yang terkait dalam hal ini dinas pariwisata. Dan tetap memberi informasi kepada khalayak umum tentang panorama wisata, terutama Wisata Alam Bantimurung dan lainnya.
Dibalik cuitan keresahan masyarakat dengan menurunnya penghasilan mereka akibat pergerakan pariwisata yang sedikit pasif. Pemerintah sedang berusaha untuk membangun ke-eksis-an kembali tempat wisata di maros.
Terhubung via telfon Whatsapp Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Maros, Yusriadi menuturkan, bahwa pengoptimalan tempat wisata setelah penerapan PSBB menjadi titik awal untuk membangkitkan Pariwisata Maros ditengah wabah ini.
Dibarengi dengan simulasi untuk mencegah penyebaran wabah telah dilaksanakan oleh dinas pariwisata yaitu dengan penangan protokol kesehatan covid-19. Seperti mencuci tangan sebelum memasuki kawasan wisata, lalu ada petugas yang mengecek suhu tubuh pengunjung, menegur pengunjung yang tidak menggunakan masker dan berjaga jarak.
Menurutnya bahwa tidak semerta-merta langsung membuka tanpa adanya simulasi terlebih dahulu. Sampai saat ini belum ada laporan terkait cluster baru dari sektor objek wisata.
Selain tetap mensosialisasikan terkait protokol kesehatan, pihak dinas pariwisata juga tengah melakukan promosi tempat wisata di tengah wabah pandemi.
.“Ya,tentunya salah satu upaya promosi harus lebih giat dan luas menjangkau seluruh segmen pasar objek wisata di maros. Upaya promosinya melalui sosial media kan sekarang lagi gencar-gencarnya. Kalau pada masa pandemic ini kita promosi lewat Instagram dengan bantuan dara daaeng maros. Kita juga mengedukasi untuk tetap menaati protocol kesehatan jika ingin berkunjung ke bantimurung misalnya ataupun leang-leang”.jelas Yusriadi.
Ia menambahkan, upaya untuk mempertahankan pamor objek wisata yang sudah eksis harus lebih dipromosikan lagi. Baik melalui media cetak ataupun sosial media. Dari segi layanan tentunya harus juga ditingkatkan, kemudian surplus harus diperbaiki.
Salah satu upaya lain, yakni bagaimana melahirkan objek-objek wisata baru sehingga masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan secara umum supaya ada pilihan untuk tetap berwisata, karena Maros memiliki objek wisata yang beragam.
